Ever & After is a product of S-Tree Works LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("S-Tree Works," "we," "us"). These Terms govern your use of Ever & After. By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service
Ever & After is a wedding planning application: guest lists, budgets, vendors, tasks, seating, and AI-assisted planning tools. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Your account
You need an account to use Ever & After, and you must be at least 18. Keep your login credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can invite collaborators to your wedding and control what they can see and edit.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed by S-Tree Works LLC through Stripe, our payment processor, on a recurring monthly or yearly basis. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Prices may change; we will give notice before a change affects an active subscription.
AI-generated content
Ever & After includes features powered by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content — including budget guidance, vendor email drafts, seating suggestions, and planning suggestions — is provided for informational purposes only. It is produced from general training data, not from verified facts about your wedding, your vendors, your region, or current prices, and it may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. AI budget features do not constitute financial or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it, and for reviewing and approving any AI-drafted message before sending it. Ever & After is not liable for decisions made or communications sent based on AI-generated content.
Your data is yours
The wedding data you enter belongs to you. Cancelling or downgrading never deletes it, and you can request a full export or deletion at any time via [email protected].
Acceptable use
Don't use Ever & After to break the law, to send spam or abusive messages, to interfere with the service, or to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
Termination
You can stop using Ever & After and delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. If we ever terminate your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any paid period.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Ever & After is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and disputes will be resolved in Wyoming courts.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Ever & After after a change takes effect means you accept it.
