Ever & After is a product of S-Tree Works LLC ("S-Tree Works," "we," "us"). S-Tree Works LLC is the entity responsible for your data under this policy.

What we collect
Your account email (via Supabase, our authentication provider), the wedding details you enter (guests, budget, vendors, tasks), the content you provide to AI features, and payment details handled by Stripe — we never see your card number.
Product analytics and error reporting
To keep Ever & After working well, we collect product usage events through PostHog (our analytics provider) and error reports through Sentry (our error-monitoring provider). Both are configured conservatively — they receive usage events and technical diagnostics rather than the contents of your wedding plan.
AI features
When you use AI features, wedding data relevant to the feature — such as budget details, vendor information, message context, your task list and RSVP counts, and for seating features your guest list (names, sides, relationships, household groupings, and seating preferences) — is sent to Anthropic, our AI service provider, to generate a response. Anthropic processes this data on our behalf and does not use it to train AI models.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, and your wedding plan is visible only to you and the people you invite to it.
Service providers
We use a small set of providers to run Ever & After, each processing data on our behalf: Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI features), Resend (email delivery), Microsoft 365 (our support mailbox), Sentry (error monitoring), PostHog (product analytics), and DigitalOcean (application hosting).
Data retention and deletion
Your wedding data stays in your account for as long as the account exists — cancelling a subscription never deletes it. You can request a full export or permanent deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected] from your account email. Deletions are completed within 30 days.
Cookies and local storage
Ever & After uses cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences like filters and display settings. Analytics runs first-party under the same setup. We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
Children
Ever & After is for adults planning weddings and isn't directed at children under 18. Guest lists you create may include names of minors; that information is part of your wedding plan and is handled like the rest of it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app.
